We accept donations in the following forms:

    • Monetary Donations via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other payment methods available on our donation platform (Give).

    • Material Donations for items necessary to support our programs, where applicable.

    • Volunteer Donations in the form of time and services for our events and programs.

2. Donation Security

We use the Give plugin to securely process all transactions. This payment system complies with the highest security standards to ensure the protection of your personal and financial information. All online payments are processed through trusted payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal.

We are committed to not sharing your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

3. Donation Terms

Our donation terms include:

    • Minimum Donation Amount: The minimum donation amount is $10 USD, unless otherwise stated on the donation page.

    • Donation Frequency: Donations can be made as a one-time donation or as a recurring donation (monthly, quarterly, etc.). You may choose your preferred frequency during the donation process.

    • Anonymous Donations: If you wish to make an anonymous donation, you may check the appropriate box during the donation process. Your name and personal information will not be displayed in our public communications.

After each donation, an acknowledgement receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. This receipt serves as proof of your donation for tax purposes and can be used as payment proof if requested.

You will receive an immediate confirmation email after each donation.

An official receipt will be available on your user account for all donations made through our online platform. You may view it by logging into your account on our website.

6. Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable, but if you believe an error has occurred with your donation or have any concerns, please contact our team at [email protected]. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will respond as quickly as possible. If a refund is accepted, it will be processed through the same payment method used for the donation.
